The kids I have been babysitting for and I have been making art. Working on coloring and collage, so I thought it would be fun to create little booklets for them. I figured they could personalize the covers and then put whatever they wanted inside.

I ordered these blue suede oxfords from Amazon. They were technically on clearance for like 20 bucks, but I used the gift card my brother gave me for my birthday. So they were free for me.

For quite some time I never saw the point of blogs. It mostly seemed like a waste of time to me. But, in the last couple of years I've discovered how cool they can be. There is much to be learned, all kinds of new things to discover and plenty of pretty pictures to look at. As I got more into reading them I felt more pull to create my own blog.
Now, will I be able to do it? I dunno. Ive never been great with long term discipline, follow through. Nevermind the organization that will need to go into publishing a blog and the perpetual need for ideas and subject matter to publish. So, this is going to be somewhat of an experiment for me.
Whats the worst that happens? I fail miserably? On the other hand, this may be a huge success, I may enjoy every minute of it and find some meaning in my life. Who knows? So for now, I plan to make this blog somewhat of a mish mash. Perhaps out of necessity, perhaps because my tastes and interests vary so greatly. Maybe I will find more focus one day or maybe not.
In the meantime, I have a passion for fashion, a love of home design and an interest in art and crafting. So, I plan to include a little of it all here.
I hope you will join me on my journey through the world of blogging and my quest for design in all its myriad forms. And please, cut me a little slack, adventures should be fun and easy going. Otherwise, you might miss something along the way..
