A couple of weeks ago I took advantage of Goodwill's 50 percent off sale. Here's what I got from a couple of different stores. All prices are after the discount.

This suede skirt is from Target. They had a large selection of new stock.I love the Aztec cut out.  It was about $2.50.

These curvy boot cut jeans were about $3.00.

These green skinny jeans were $2.50.

Also new from Target, this sheer dress/duster was $3.00

 The denim capris were $2.50.

I love this sheer top. The lace detail on the shoulders and the cut out just below the collar is too cute. It is high/low with an asymmetrical tail in the back. I'm a little scared to wear it. It was $1.50

This skirt was $2.50

This sweater is super thick and chunky, I love the cowl neck and the button detailing. It was $2.50.

You can't tell from the photo but this t shirt is actually a dark heather blue. Its super soft and drapey, It was $1.50.

This nylon jacket was not on sale. It was 10 bucks, but I loved it. It feels like the perfect weight for spring and early fall. The material will be perfect for both those rainy seasons as well.

As my boyfriend prepares to back out the driveway he glances in his side mirror to make sure its clear and says, "We have visitors." Now, I'm thinking its probably his dad or niece, but no. When I turn to see who it is I see this instead of a car.

It's not everyday you see a line of turkeys walking up your driveway.

Here's a look at my Halloween coffee table so far.

Disregard the mess in the background. The living room is a work in progress right now.

Most of the supplies came from the Dollar Tree. One of the skeleton cutouts I picked up last year. But the other one I got the other night. The spiderweb came with the little spiders. Which you may or may not be able to see in the upper right and lower left corners.
The little skull candle holders are from Michaels from last year. At the moment one of them is filled with bird feathers I found around the yard. But eventually I'd like to add battery operated tea lights from DT.

I filled a Mason style jar with a broken Styrofoam wreath to act as floral foam. I popped in black and purple roses, black spiders, and purple glittery berries. I intend to add black sand to the jar to hide the foam and add an extra dark touch.

Now that it's time to put up Halloween decorations, here's a look at a couple of fall decorations I did last month.

In late August I found these two brass pots for 50 cents each. I knew they'd be perfect for a fall arrangement. So, I hit up Dollar  Tree for some fall foliage. I also used a couple of fall picks I got at the end of last season for 70 and 90 per cent off. Some of the flowers in this arrangemnt are leftover from the wreath.

All in all I spent about 12 bucks for both arrangements and the wreath below.

Close up of both arrangements.

Here's a top view of the two arrangements side by side.

Here's a look at the wreath.

I got the wreath form at Michaels with a 40 percent off coupon. The foliage is from DT and clearance last year.
